Omichef Return & Replacement Policy (7-Day Return Window)
At Omichef, your satisfaction matters. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for all eligible products.
Conditions for Return & Replacement
To ensure safety, hygiene and fairness for all customers, returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The item is returned in the same condition as delivered.
Eligible Cases for All Items
Refunds or replacements are permitted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong size or product mismatch
- Manufacturing defects such as:
- Dents
- Damage on arrival
- Missing or broken parts
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products that have been used or tested
- Correctly delivered items where the issue is based on:
- Personal preference after use
- Change of mind
- Products without original packaging

Refund Method
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via NEFT to the registered customer name.
Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after product’s inspection and approval.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged, Incorrect, or With Missing Items?
We want you to have a smooth and worry-free experience with Omichef. If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or if any units are missing, please inform us within 7 Days of delivery receipt of the product.
To verify and process your request, the following is mandatory:
Unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish
Clear visibility of:
- Outer packaging
- Product label and SKU
- The issue (damage, missing part, wrong item, etc.)

Once we review the video and details:
- We will arrange a replacement for the same item, or
- Provide a full refund, based on your preference

Will I Get a Refund If a Replacement Is Not Available?
Replacement or exchange requests depend on product availability.
If the item you requested for replacement is out of stock or a replacement cannot be processed, we will issue a full refund once the returned product is successfully picked up and inspected — at no extra cost to you.

Replacement for Size Issues
If you wish to request a replacement due to a size preference or change of choice, we are happy to assist — however, in such cases:
- Shipping charges for both return pickup and re-delivery will be payable by the customer.
This policy applies only when the product is correct, defect-free, and delivered as ordered, but the customer wishes to change size or variant.
We encourage customers to review product specifications and measurements before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
