Shipping Policy
All orders shall be delivered within a maximum period of 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending upon the location you are placing your order from, after receiving your order confirmation email, You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All Shipments are carried out by 3rd party integrations, we usually process the orders within 24 hours of placement, however, once the order is processed the shipment is handed over to the 3rd party for deliveries.
We keep a strong check on tracking your orders and make sure they are delivered on time; however, you may face some delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that our outside our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We do charge a nominal fee for shipping depending on various locations within India, however we also run discounts on shipping rates or even free shipping from time to time. We suggest you see your discounts (If available) at time of check out.
Shipping charges (If Any) are calculated after you fill in your complete address.
International Shipping
We are currently catering only to Indian territory and no international shipments are carried by us. However, if you wish for an International Delivery, please feel free to contact us and we can help you with the same at additional costs. In this case, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Omichef Cookware LLP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@omichef.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care.omichef@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on +91-8595250033 with your order number and a photo/video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
