Ingredients

Step-by-Step Method
- Wash the dal properly 2 to 3 times with clean water.

- Let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the cooker and mash the dal lightly with a spoon.

- Add coriander and lemon juice before serving.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, or paratha.
