Chilli Chicken in Omichef Triply Wok

Ingredients
For chicken:
- 300 g boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp maida
- Salt, pepper
- Oil
For sauce:
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1 capsicum, cubed
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
Step-by-Step Method
- Marinate chicken with cornflour, maida, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in the Omichef Triply Wok and fry chicken pieces until golden and crispy. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same triply Chinese wok, remove excess oil and keep 1-2 tbsp.
- Heat on high flame.
- Add garlic and sauté quickly.
- Add onions and capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and pepper.
- Add a little water and bring to a quick boil.
- Add fried chicken and toss well.
- Cook on high heat until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve hot.
