Vegetable Uttapam on Omichef Non Stick Triply Dosa Tawa

Uttapam is soft, filling, and loaded with vegetables. The Omichef Non Stick Triply Dosa Tawa helps cook it evenly from the center to the edges, giving a soft inside and lightly crispy outside.

Ingredients

For batter:

  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • Water if needed
  • Salt to taste

For topping:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander
  • Oil as needed

Step-by-Step Method

  1. Heat the Omichef Non Stick Triply Dosa Tawa on medium flame.
  2. Pour one ladle of dosa batter and spread it into a thick circle.
  3. Sprinkle onion, tomato, green chilli, carrot, capsicum, and coriander.
  4. Press the vegetables lightly so they stick to the batter.
  5. Drizzle oil around the edges.
  6. Cook until the bottom turns golden and the top looks cooked.
  7. Flip carefully and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
