Ingredients

For gravy:

  • 250 g paneer cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 10 cashews
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Step-by-Step Method

  1. Heat butter and oil in the Omichef Non Stick Triply Kadai.
  2. Add onions and sauté until soft and light golden.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, cashews, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, and coriander powder.
  5. Cook until tomatoes become soft and the mixture leaves oil.
  6. Cool the mixture and blend it into a smooth paste.
  7. Add the paste back into the kadai and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add paneer cubes and cook gently for 4-5 minutes.
  9. Add cream and garam masala, then mix lightly.
  10. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
