Ingredients

- 10-12 garlic cloves
- 5 dry red chillies
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or regular oil
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut or fresh coconut
- 1 tsp tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp water as needed
- For tempering: 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, a few curry leaves
Step-by-Step Method

- Add oil and roast the garlic cloves until lightly golden.
