Stuffed Aloo Paratha on Omichef Non Stick Triply Roti Tawa

Aloo paratha needs even heat so the outer layer becomes golden while the potato filling cooks properly inside. The Omichef Non Stick Triply Roti Tawa helps cook parathas evenly without sticking, making them crisp outside and soft inside.

Ingredients

For dough:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • Water as needed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

For stuffing:

  • 3 boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

Step-by-Step Method

  1. Knead wheat flour, salt, oil, and water into a soft dough.
  2. Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes with green chilli, spices, salt, and coriander.
  4. Take one dough ball and roll it slightly.
  5. Add potato stuffing in the center and seal properly.
  6. Roll gently into a paratha using dry flour.
  7. Heat the Omichef Non Stick Triply Roti Tawa on medium flame.
  8. Place the paratha on the tawa and cook until light spots appear.
  9. Flip, apply ghee or oil, and cook both sides until golden.
  10. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
